Pork and veggies for breakfast and then bacon sausage, beans, fried tomato and eggs for dinner and tea.....
(Actually I split teatime's helping and extended it with veggies so I still have a helping left for breakfast...

Meat and veggies but with a mid morning snack of some spiced mackerel fillets on small oatcakes. We all deserve the occasional nibble! This one was particularly healthy.

Cooked a chicken saag, made some onion bhajis to go with it and mopped up with an Aldi naan bread, very tasty even if I say so myself
