If it stopped raining yesterday I missed it. A thoroughly wet miserable day here in Barlick. This morning first thing it had stopped raining and we are promised clear skies within the hour. The glass has risen to 1007mb and the forecast is for a bright dry day with plenty of sun but colder. We could have a grass frost later, the first of the year. The CH has come on already. The northerly winds will be light to moderate and we can expect a high of 13C and a low of 1C with a -2C wind chill for most of the day. The outlook is for similar weather, dry and sunny but cooler.

Showery today, a little on the cool side and overcast, but no need for internal lights or heaters.

Might read today, might trim a plant or two, might watch some Tele 🤔…. Ah, it’s Sunday 😊

Yesterday was a much brighter day but still ended with overcast as it went dark earlier. (not so long since the nights were still light at 22:00, they are darkening now by 19:00) This morning it is calm, clear and dry. The glass is well up on 1025mb and rising. The forecast is for a bright clear day with plenty of sun. The constant NW wind will be light all day and we can expect a high of 14C and a low of 3C tonight with a -2C wind chill for most of the day. The outlook is for similar weather to today but slightly warmer. (But no Indian Summer!)

The first day of Autumn has come in with a grass frost this morning, it was a tad cold walking down to the gym at 08.30.

We had a touch of ground frost, it’s lovely out, quite fresh but there is still warmth in the sun.

Aye, I had track suit bottoms on for the walk to the gym but didn't need them on our return as the sun had got up.

Yesterday afternoon was pleasant but ended with the return of cloud. This morning it's calm, clear and cold, the heating is on. The glass is steady on a shade below 1027mb and the forecast is for a dry bright day very similar to yesterday. The constant easterly wind will be light to moderate and we can expect a high of 17C, a low of 4C tonight and a -2C wind chill for much of the day. The outlook is still for a week of similar weather except for Saturday which will be overcast and wet.
Later..... I have been for a walk and it's a lovely sunny morning out there!

Yesterday afternoon gradually descended into cloud. Noticeable that it was almost dark at 19:30 when I went to bed. Not long since it was light until 22:00..... This morning it's calm, cool and clear. The glass has fallen slightly to 1023mb. The forecast is for a bright sunny day becoming overcast but dry this afternoon. The east winds will be light to moderate and we can expect a high of 16C and a low of 9C tonight with a wind chill of -2C at times after dinner... The outlook is for similar dry bright weather except for tomorrow which is no longer forecast as wet, just heavy overcast.

Yesterday afternoon was as per the forecast, heavily overcast but dry. This morning it's calm and overcast but dry. The glass is down a touch on 1017mb and the forecast is for an overcast day but dry until evening when we can expect heavy rain. The constant SSE wind will be light to moderate and we can expect a high of 15C and a low of 7C tonight with a chill of -2C for most of the day. The outlook is for dry brighter weather for a couple of days but overcast and a touch warmer from Tuesday onwards.
