I’ve been trying to download a video on here from my photos, every time I do it it tells me it’s not finished downloading, even when I give it a while. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

I think maybe it’s too large although I’ve sent it from my iPhone to a few people and it went with no trouble.

I have an idea the site software can only accept Youtube videos but I might be wrong....

That’s probably the reason. I was sent it on WhatsApp, don’t think it’s a YouTube video.
