The guy looks to have an apron on, so I would presume there is dust about, the round things he is hitting are a few on top of each other, is it something to do with flaky pastry????

It's an ad justable crank bearing and I don't know why but I think it might be on a sewing machine.

I liked the thought of it being a twitch Gloria. I had a 'humane' twitch which either a vet or a farrier suggested I get for a rather pushy cob. Don't think it had the required effect on him!
