Is it the old outlet pipe from the turbine that at one time drove the Corn Mill in Barlick. It's in the bottom of the beck outside the mill of course. Almost certainly cast at Bracewell's foundry in Burnley around 1860/1870.?

Nay ( or perhaps neigh :biggrin2: ). A clue, the original artists are Alex Rigg and Trevor Leat and it's, apparently, modelled on a champion.

Another clue, the horse was stabled here during the 1960s.
