Three helpings of sausage and veggies. I roasted a chicken yesterday so dinner and teatime servings were reinforced with a chicken wing and savoury gravy! Second breakfast was also a chicken wing..... Must keep my protein intake up!

Chicken and veggies X three and veggie snacks on oatcake for second breakfast.
This second breakfast doesn't seem to be carrying a weight penalty so I am not allowing it to concern me.

Breakfast and tea were chicken and veggies. No second breakfast, too busy with honest endeavours.... I found some slow cooked ribs on sell-by date reduction at the Co-op so I cooked them plus some baby potatoes for dinner and they were very good, a nice change from chicken.

I cooked pork and orange yesterday and also a beef casserole to compare the cost of cooking from scratch and ready meals. The result was better than half price. I had chicken and veggies for breakfast and dinner and then a helping of the beef casserole for tea. Another nice change.....

Meat and veggies X three and veggies on oatcakes for a light second breakfast. The light snack for second breakfast means that the intervals between meals is 4 hours except for during the night when most of the time I am asleep. This regularity seems to pay off and I feel is just as important as what I am eating......
