We are still at the mercy of the Pendle Building Control. I don't think they do fast. James our contractor says it will be 12 weeks once he gets the regs confirmed.

Thanks Stanley. I'll see if I can remember the route through the hospital to where I need to be. Alternatively I can walk round the outer perimeter to get to the the other side if its fine.

You need to exercise to replace fat with muscle, ideally at the same time as losing the weight. All eggs in one basket and she has created a problem that will be harder to fix. Not many bingo wings at the gym.

I wonder if she is exercising along with her jabs. There are much older women at our gym who were overweight but now have well toned bodies. I reckon it's a matter of balance as in all things. There are no short cuts.

From a Labour Party point of view, conference is where your composited motions which can originate at branch then constituency level are discussed and if successful put forward to the vote to be included in the manifesto or brought into law. I received an email from IONOS this morning advising that our last invoice payment was declined by PayPal due to insufficient funds! I have checked of course and can confirm that we currently only have a balance of £40.08 in our account. The IONOS invoice is for £64.80 hence the refusal. It does not...
