I'll definitely make another and experiment with the brown sugar/liquid Stevia amounts. There's probably more than enough sugar in the dried fruit.

I may add some nuts to the mix too.

It's not too bad and there is an improvement for me today. Unfortunately Paulette has it now, it's good to share

The Talbot Matra Rancho is a pile of cr@p too, they go rusty if you just look at them funny. This one is interesting as they're transplanting it onto a Subaru Impreza WRX floorpan.

It tastes very nice and it's a reduced sugar recipe
As well as replacing a third of the brown sugar with Stevia I didn't sprinkle sugar on top either.

Boxed up and ready to eat with a lump of cheese.

It's in the oven, I used 100g of soft brown sugar and 6 drops of liquid stevia (2 teaspoon equivalent).
